Laser Therapy (also known as cold/low-level laser therapy or photobiomodulation therapy) is the therapeutic use of red and near-infrared wavelengths of light energy from laser or light emitting diodes (LEDs) that interact with photoreceptors to produce photochemical reactions that have a positive effect on cellular metabolism and recovery from damage and inflammation.
BIOFLEX® utilizes powerful Class 3b lasers together with large surface arrays of bicolour LEDs that affect a large volume of circulating blood as well as underlying tissues resulting in both a powerful systemic and direct photobiomodulation effect. The overall clinical effect of targeting both the injured/diseased tissues as well as the surrounding circulatory system is an unsurpassed accelerated healing response and decrease in pain, inflammation, edema and associated symptoms.
Bioflex Laser Therapy treatment length will vary, depending on injury location and severity. The hour appointment time is to ensure the entire treatment has been performed but the full time may not be required.

MPS Dolphin Therapy

MPS applies brief, concentrated DC microcurrent impulses through the Dolphin pens, to specific treatment points to relax muscles, calm the nervous system and release endorphins, for scar release therapy and pain management.

I was born and raised on a farm in the Peace Country, with my two sisters. A lover of animals and nature, you can usually find me doing something outside in the dirt or the bush. Camping and martial arts are 2 of my favorite hobbies, abtaining my Nidan (second degree black belt) in the spring of 2022.

I graduated from Alberta College of Massage Therapy in February 2020 and have been a member of good standing with massage associations, CMMOTA previously, and currently MTAA. I have completed training in Myofascial Cupping, Microcurrent Point Stimulation Therapy, Applied Reflexology for Massage Therapy, TMJ Disfunction and Correction, and most recently Bioflex Laser Therapy.

I look forward to additional training and helping the public get healthier.
